I used to play with wild snakes. Catch 'em, check 'em out, etc. My first ever book report was a detailed one about snakes. Got me an A+ in 1st Grade. It took the second bite (5 foot rat snake - in Florida we called them Chicken or Corn Snakes) to make me stop fuggin' with 'em.

Reptiles are not pets. Never will be. Humans are either predator or prey to a reptile.
