Gary Larson ,a genius
I used to know where one of those sat. One brother had the engine and tranny, and the other had the frame and running gear. Big pissing match as to who should own it, so it sat for over 40 years. Probably still sitting in two different locals. I begged the both of 'em on seperate occasions to sell me their half, even offered a lot more than it was worth. Nope. I'd have put her back original and had the classiest Scout in the 'hood.
Wish things go well SubbieDang, got home today after being out a couple hours and my old dog BB was laying in the kitchen floor in a daze. Could not get up. Had to carry her 85 pounds to the carpet area where she could get her footing. we thought that she may have slipped on the kitchen floor and hurt herself. She had to go outside so we helped her. She was walking in circles and vomited. since then she is not hurt but some kind of neurological thing I think. She’s dizzy and has rapid eye movement. She is super old and have known for months now that her days were numbered and just trying to make her old dog life good for her. The emergency vet is full to capacity but I think she will be ok until hopefully I can get her into het vet that knows her tomorrow morning. I think it will be a long night and maybe my last one with BB.
Good luck with your pup SG! Sending good thoughts to you both!Dang, got home today after being out a couple hours and my old dog BB was laying in the kitchen floor in a daze. Could not get up. Maybe she just got ahold of a bud that ya dropped? I've had two different dogs do that and the Old Hen freaked and took 'em to the emergency vet and spent mega bucks just to find out it was "marijuana intoxication". Note: these were plain old buds, not decarbed. Slapped both of those dogs silly.Dang, got home today after being out a couple hours and my old dog BB was laying in the kitchen floor in a daze. That was my first hope as well........they get catatonic and twitchy.Maybe she just got ahold of a bud that ya dropped? Fingers crossed for ya.
Nope, she’s not a weed hound. I’m pretty sure she has a neurological issue. Maybe she had a stroke or something as she was fine when we left a couple hours earlier. She’s relaxed now but her eyes are crazy zigging back and forth I’m sure she is not comfortable. Hopefully my vet can squeeze us in tomorrow to probably say goodbye to her. She’s a geriatric hound and we treat her with respect and let her take the long slow walk sniffing all she wants to. She usually sleeps when she is inside. We said we would keep her until she was not comfortable and I think that’s now. She’s over 14 now. Thanks for the wishesMaybe she just got ahold of a bud that ya dropped?
