I have made a trust and most of the cars are being gifted to friends...spending the day with my grandson kayaking tomorrow when we will have the "talk" about his inheritance...he will be a comfortable young man if he can promise me he will not share with his mother...I'm sure my demise is far down the road but establishing my revokeable trust now will give me inner peace...I don't wanna have my stuff tied up in probate...
