I do remember you mentioning about Eucalyptus trees that you raise. Do you still do raise them? In front of my make shift apartment or let’s just say studio I have these lemon Eucalyptus trees. I read that these are poisonous and used for extermination of critters. Ironically seeds fall from the tree and after finding out what this little plant is it’s definitely coming from the trees. So I planted one of them and here are the pics. When you just even touch the leaf it’s smells like sweet lemons.

Sounds like the beginnings of a suspenseful novel ...just sayin

Woke up early with fking heartburn. So I'm laying here in bed propped up and on my phone. Easy to prop up because I have an adjustable bed. Even vibrates. Hardly ever use it because it freaks my dog out that sleeps on the floor by the bed. And no you can't spoon with me Hippie

Brazil nuts are rich in selenium. They say eating only two a day keeps the doctor away. Shelling Themis a bastard tho. Get the ones already shelled and roasted.

Try heating them up!, Shell gets flexible and almost peels off.

Boiled peanuts. I grew to love them after moving down to Georgia. Thought they were terrible at first but learned to love them. They are boiled in water with salt or you can ge the spicy ones too. The ones in the can are not that bad either but the best ones at the truck stops.

Yes, they usually have a sign about them. The texture just weirds me out.

Only three kinds of nuts I don't care for and that's Brazil nuts, Hazel and Macadamia. I'll munch the heck outta peanuts, pecans, and hickory nuts. Lotta work for what little you get from hickory nuts, though.

Three of my top favs! Pecans, almonds, walnuts, I like them all! Was just eating my mix of walnut pieces mixed with golden raisins.

Yes when I first ate them they were like eating something someone already ate wet peanuts? But after 30 years of living in South Georgia, I got hooked of the smell and taste of what use to nauseate me

it was not easy for me to retire and sell my electraglide but it became real difficult for me to turn my head real quick when changing lanes

There are everywhere in Louisiana. I never tried them when I was there. Probably should have.

I forgot to add almonds to my list. The Old Hen buys me a trail mix and its got almonds in it. Tiki loves almonds so she gets one for a bedtime snack.
