Thanx for that lesson big. I only know because I have cleaned a many of chicken. Every other Sunday when I was a kid. My job was usually plucking but when I stayed at grandmas, she taught me how to gut and clean them.

I wanted to learn to cut up a chicken to get out of plucking them when we harvested and froze several dozen of them at a time.
