Most seed banks will take Money Orders or Credit Cards. If you cannot use any of them i wouls suggest using bag seed.

It's no problem. You can go to any bank in your country and exchange peso's for a bank cheque in any country's currency. Just tell em what type of currency to make the cheque into. Then, send it to the seed bank.
