Sorry for reviving this one. Just wanted to recommend CBD oil for sleeping better. I use about 50ml/month, and that's what helps me sleep.

I make my own. I have for years now. I make cream for my joints and edible for capsules. I make CBN for my daughter and wife and just CBD for me. Its pretty and a lot les money that buying it.
