I am the new kid on the block. This is my second time growing and this time I went from containers to the ground. I must admit it makes quite a difference! I do have some questions thaqt I would appreciatge anyone answering. A. I do have a few white flies and I have sprayed twice with something from the grow store (completely safe). I checked tonight and there were hardly any. However I would rather there were none. B. How long do they veg when planted in the ground, they were put in the ground on April 26th (I live in Northern California) the tallest is about 5' which is Train Wreck and the rest are about 3'to 4'. C. When will they begin to flower? Thanks for any and all help.

hmmm.. the flies i've never had to deal with but i imagine that it might take two or three treatments with 3 to 7 days between... but i dont know for sure..
never done outdoor either... im on the north pole pretty much...
i guess this whole post here is speculation, but you should see little white hairs in a couple of weeks with your ladies... or big ball sacks... gender specific...
