having problems with yellow leaves

ive currently got a new lant bout 4 weeks old which has just started to develope yellow lower leaves that are just starting to curl could any body please help me? this is my first grow so inexperienced

For your current problem, what are you growing in, soil, hydro etc. What is your lighting and have you started feeding the plant.

The best advice I could ever give you is read, then read a bit more, then a bit more, just to be on the safe side, you should then start researching! Seriously, this is an addictive hobby that requires a big commitment on your part, you will be well rewarded of course with some mean smoke but in the meantime you are in the right place for knowledge and people willing to show you where to find help. Remember it is better for you to solve your own problems, you learn faster that way, which is why I gave you the links rather than diagnose anything for you.

How are you growing? (soil or hydro)
Tell us a little about your grow space. In a closet, or tent? Size of the area.
Feeding schedule and nute line that you're using?
Cfl's, hid or led lighting? How much?
