Hey i am hoping to start growing soon inside a big speaker cabinet i own to keep my plant hidden.
I have done some reaserch and realised that i would need some lowryder ak47 seeds so the plant does not exceed the limited space of my speaker, however, iv seen certain peoples grow logs of lowryders and they appear to be alot larger than i had originally though. Is this due to pot size, or certain care for the plant, or are these simply not the right seeds for me. if so can anyone point me in the direction of which ones to buy.

Oh yeh and the room iv got is about 80cm in height and 60cm in width. :)

You could possibly grow any seed in that condition as long as you flower it early.
Say, right when it gets it's 3 leave set in, you could switch the lights to 12/12 and it wouldn't get any bigger than 60-70 cm, that I've encountered.

I can post some pictures of some plants I've done this to, and see what you think.
check my grow journal for this in a few minutes, and I'll add it to it.

good luck!

Cheers for this guys, my worries are now gone. Gonna crack on and start growing in the next couple of days.:D

Oh yeh and if i was to use a normal seed and flower it earlier would this effect the amount of bud the plant produces? If so would it be best to use an ak47 as this owuld produce more bud.....??

well it would because you are not allowing it to get any bigger but if you lst it during veg you can keep it low and bushy :48:

The smaller the plant when it goes into flower = smaller yields.

So you could put a normal seed into flower at 2 weeks old, it will still take the same time to mature.

You will get an once and a half at least if you grow Lowryders inside in good conditions.

I have no idea what you would get off an inside normal seed plant when put into flowering because I do not grow inside, someone else will answer that for you :)

I also stated that you could do it with ANY seed this way. not just lowryder, and was giving an example by posting my bagseed I did this way. Lowryders are just more effective.

search LST and Supercropping. never done it before but i'm gonna go this route for stealth indoors this winter. like HIE said. smaller the plant=smaller yield this way u got more plant to yeild i'm assumin if im readin everythin correctly. someone correct me if i am wrong (i'm still Green) no punn intended lol

It didn't upset me. I just wanted people to see the different methods of growing with or without lowryder strains. You can still achieve the same with any seeds, even bagseeds like I had done. It only takes a week longer than it would take a lowryder strain for the results to be the same.
I've also heard about the lowryders potency to be lower than most.
If you were to take an afghan and flower it almost instantly, it wouldn't affect the overwhelming stone it gives you. so you have more choices than settling for the low ryder 'high'.

Hope this has helped.
and thank you also melissa.

i started my LR2 in a 1 pint 4oz water bottle and they stayed ther for first 3 or 4 weeks then i transplanted them in 2 liter bottles and that worked out great.and great for any budget

i,ve grown lowrider x nyc diesel, they tend to stay more compact, mostly one main stem and not much branching.the tallest one grew to about 2 feet.but most of them stayed between 12 to 18 inches.
