First time I heard Court of the Crimson King I was buzzed on Hawaiian weed.
Blew my mind.

I saw them do this set in 1972 In live in a small venue in Denver Colo. It was a place called The Soundtrack and they has shows every Sunday night. I really hadn't even heard of them before that concert. It was awesome. I also saw Albert King there and Now riders of the purple sage, Taj Mahal Joe Walsh with his new band Barnstorm it was his first concert with his new band. We would dump a big pile of weed on the table and roll Joints and just get ripped. They didn't mind a little pot smoking in the club but they would always be watching our table and It's amazing they never threw us out.

I lived a few houses down from Paul's Cousin and they all three of them were visiting them. Someone told me about it and I cant remember the details I think i was 10 years old. But we snuck over and were peeking through the windows trying to see them. I kind of saw Mary's hair I think. HAHA
