Yes I like them 18-24 inches from lights and I reduce the lighting by 25% when I switch to flower. If you don't have the dimmer option raise the lights by 6 inches. It will help. I have different lights some have dimmers some don't. It works. I rarely get a herm.Hard to see in the Pic but I prey this is light burn I'll know in a few days if she perks up and doesn't look so sad much diff in person. Had spider farmer 2000 Evo at 100 percent like 16 inches away 18 hrs a little too much light
You would think but since I started lowering the intensity in flower my buds are bigger and firmer. Before they were light, and fluffy. Almost spongy. Now they are very firm they also get decent size. They get much bigger and I like the structure. When flowers are outside and naturally move to glower they get less and less sun as the days go by. If you really think about it. I am just doing the same. My autos I run inside at 12/12 unless I am testing a new strain. I need to be sure they flower by them selves in a month so testers get run 18/6 once they are well on their way in flower I switch to 12/12. I don't like to waste electricity. I only do it with auto strains I have already grown out myself. Why do you lower the intensity shouldn't flowering get more lighting ? Iv been giving a good amount of nutrients I'm thinking maybe to much sometime. But if lowering i.temsity of light doesn't help IL see about more nutrients in it's diet
. It was dryer then normal today to gave it a good watering . Either lights or nutrients well see
Looking much better now. Regular feedings will keep them healthy. Nice job
Have you noticed a difference in end production running 12 and 12 smaller yields or even larger ???? I was thinking of doing the same lmkYou would think but since I started lowering the intensity in flower my buds are bigger and firmer. Before they were light, and fluffy. Almost spongy. Yes my first run if autos was just that. I didn't gave a clue as to inside growing. Just started inside last fall. Still growing inside and out. I am running my autos on18/6 now. I just didn't know before. I got schooled quick too. No worries. Every thing I do wrong ends up being a lesson on doing better next time.I thinks she's talking intensity and your talking light cycle..lol
I did a 12/12 auto. Not by choice. It just popped up in a photo grow so I let it go. Turned out just fine but I seems to get a much bigger plant on 18/6.
There's an option I may try for this grow off.More light hours,,more growth. Especially on an Auto. Although I heard 20/4 is the best because the plant gets a few dark hours each day
Yep I was running them like that. I just started running them like photos. You live and learn.I'm confused cause you just said your autos you run inside at 12 and 12 unless it's a new strain so you don't waste electricity and switch to 12 and 12 once you know there flowering in a month @MariJan up there lol do you notice a difference in yield
I hope mine turn out with some colas like that I like the 18 and 6 every morning there perked up ready to go wondering should change to 20 and four .she looks way better also she's not as light green as the pictures in anyway iOk I was confused but I know you do a lot and just wondering if I did put them on 12 n 12 if it'd help but here they are a few days later I have five all in preflower or flower five diff flavors kind of stoked I have one plant outside starting to flower just starting I was thinking of putting my redvelvet outside also it'd go right into flower and be done by October about.
