first grow. few problems. need some advice

ok, so my plants are about a week old and there is a lot of drooping on the first set of leaves. (over watered them) i am pretty sure about that one. but now they are starting to turn a dark color on the leaves and i dont know why.
I am growing them in this "Premium seed starting Jiffy Mix" soil and have not fed them any nutes or anything. they are under a 2' flou., two 6500K 26w CFLs, and two 2700K 26w CFLs. i tried to take some pics but its kinda hard to see. but does anyone know what this is or how to fix it?

sorry if the pics are huge. but yeah.. anyone know what to do? the second plant is starting to do it too, just not as bad yet.

it just looks like you overwatered. The leaves look like a nice green to me

i dont think you are seeing whats there because they dont look nice green. here is a better picture of the leaves..

how often are you watering do you let the soil dry out? how moist is the soil as of right now?

yeah i over watered them pretty bad. i know that for sure. the other one came back and is looking alright. Its been about 3 days since i have watered and the soil is still pretty damp.
at first i was spraying the soil throughout the day and it wasnt getting water throuout the whole medium so i watered them until it came out the bottom a little and that is when they started to droop alot. after that it started to turn a dark purplish color on the leaves and it keeps getting more and more as time goes on. the first set of leaves arent straightening back out and the purple is now starting to show on the tops of the leaves and around the edges and the edges are starting to curl under and become a little more "crisp". (as you can see in the picture, i think) and there are little brown specs on the leaves too.
