Federal marijuana sentencing guidlines questions

...your local LEO cannot touch you, "IF" you are legally within your state and county guidlines, AND are permitted. That alone "IMHO" is reason enough to join the MMJ registery.
Personally, I'm far more concerned with local police than I am with the feds busting my grow. A small cultivation bust can be a "feather in the hat" of a local official, but the feds spending thousands of $$ to bust a 6 plant medical grow, isn't going to rate any reelections or promotions..

I dont mind at all bro. I will be growing indoors, but have not decided on what stains at all. Its really exciting just thinking about, lol. I was kind of thinking about buying a few different strains so I have a variety, or would that be a problem? I am very open to suggestions, so if you have had any luck or good results with a particular strain, I am all ears. This is my first grow, and I am still deciding on hydro or soil. Any ideas would be great, thanks.

I would grow a couple of strains, I tend to get burnout from smoking the same thing over and over. Some strains are more tough than others, just browse around the seedbanks and read the descriptions, plus look at the smoke reports and grow journals they will help you decide.

Being a first time I would recommend doing a soil grow first until you get your environment the way you want it. Hydro is a beast in itself and things can go wrong fast. Best to have you area squared away first and get 1 grow under your belt. IMHO

Excellent advice, thanks. I get burned out on the same bud too. I usually get mine for about 40 an 1/8th, but had to pay 50 from someone else just so I caould smoke something else. Kind of reminds me of beer drinking, lol. So soil it is, I was kind of thinking the same things you pointed out.
