Even my baby clones are Budding!

Darned if my baby clones aren't budding! Must have cloned em too late,

The babies are only 5 inches and 6 inches tall.

They're budding because you don't have them under 24 hours of light. If you're just keeping them on a porch or something, then they're going to bud along with the change in the number of daylight hours, no different than regular od plants.
