Being in a legal state that allows growing is about to be different. The states realize that some people are pushing growing past the limits set by the laws of the state. Now they are starting to look at electric companies for customer’s electric usage. In those states they will attach riders that give police access to those records quietly and discretely.

Be warned if you are excessively exceeding grow limits while using electricity.

Outside people shouldn’t worry still no subpoenas on sunlight

Or a gen set and a LP tank. Natural gas is metered and can show excessive use.

Nobody gives a shit how much electricity I use. The electric companies here could give two shits as long as you pay your bill.
