Hi Everyone,
I work with an Ontario LLC that produces high potency, high terpenes, and high yield cannabis for both medicinal and recreational markets. If you are aware of the Ontario market, there are very few organizations that have managed to be profitable; yet we have turned the corner and now are operating at a profit. Yeah!!!
My background is in Information Technology, so I manage and support the systems used to track our operational progress. I work directly with the General Manager, so I am also involved in observing, challenging, and modifying current Standard Operation Procedures for all processes.
My reason for joining this forum is to find like-minded individuals to discuss operational challenges ideas, issues, and solutions.
