Drug testing associated with Dermatoligists

Okay - so I'm on this medicine called "Accutane" for my acne and once a month I need to get my liver tested to make sure its functioning properly or something. Now I know that you liver is the detox organ of your body, but will they see that I've smoked if they're not testing for drugs specifically (I'm not sure exactly what there testing it for - I just know its not for drugs specifically) Anyone that's been on this medicine before please help me out

And also, if they do test for it, how do you ensure that you have a clean blood test, besides being clean?

Don't worry yourself mang. If they are just testing to check your liver i don't see any problems. Not only that but even if they did see something they can't do anything as long as it isnt for work.

I really don't think they can see anything without doing a specific test. I had some stuff done to my liver and I've always smoked. And even if they would do a specific test, as TBG said, they won't tell you anything! No need really of being afraid. Good Luck
