Hey All!

My friend and I have been talking ourselves in circles, debating whether or not already-made tincture can be decarboxilated. The tincture was made from some bud that didn't look that awesome, though it is a reasonably good strain, but he didn't decarboxilate it before putting it in the Everclear. I know that people often reduce their tincture down over heat on the stove, but I sort of hesitate to do that. I can sort of see the argument for being able to do it and against it.... Does anyone have a strong opinion one way or the other?
Thanks!

I always thought that the alcohol completes the decarb process as it sits over time. I might be totally wrong. Sometimes I have heard you must decarboxylate every time. Tinctures seem so damn weak, that I dont even know how the dispensary gets away with selling it.
