I just recieved a clone of romulin and trainwreck and started out basic...with miracle grow, scotts potting soil. there are about 6-7 leaves already but a few of them are starting to curl up and dry out. my ph level is maintaining at 4-5. but i really have no idea what to do, im new at this and will take any advice given!!!

Well 4-5 is too low. 5.5 should be minimum but it can be up to 6.2 in some strains. miracle grow sux. Try fox farm or GH. Sounds like a ph problem with the curling. Are they burning tips?

yes a few leaves are. how could i up the ph level? change soil before adding nutrients?

Get ph up. Its a chemical that can be bought at a hydro store or a pet store. The burning could mean too much ppm. You have a meter??? ph problems result in twisting and bending leaves

ppm? i dunno what it is. the ph before adding to soil was 6. why the drop?

"soil"... ph should be above 6.0, but below 7.0.
A tablespoon of horticultural "lime", mixed in per 1 gallon of that "Scotts" will aid in retaining an acceptable ph. "If" that's the only soil available.

ok. i checked the ph of my soil and it read 2-3. should i change my soil?which soil is best? if so, could it hurt the plant because i recently change it to my new tub?

plants are doing soooo good. left them a lone for a couple days and followed ff schedule and it worked check out my gj to see
