If ya got any of those heating pads for seedlings maybe toss the pots on that. As long as the medium stays fairly warm they should do well.

I don't think those 20W pads will do much sitting under an auto water pot.

I managed to setup the 4X4 in the attic. There's still room to get around it even. I doubt it will get very cold with the tent closed and the light on, so I set a 4" duct fan to come on if temperature gets above 75. I'll figure out how to vent more air this weekend. They look pretty unhappy right now. Could that be the low humidity?
