Could a medical cannabis card be used in a different state than where it was issued?

I am still not allowed to own a firearm...since I dropped my med card I have tried to get this changed...the state is dragging their feet. To be continued.....

Stupidest law I ever seen. So it's okay to drink like a fish and have a permit but smoke a joint and no permit. Fking ignorant fking ******* feds.
