thats the light i just bought from marc's for only 3.00

its a 18inch fluro
60 watt light output...uses 15 watts only.

is this light good for growing like 1-2 plants???

For two plants with no exact specs, I would say you need 8 of those or so for the plants to grow properly...

That light may be putting out 1200 lumen. You should have 5,000 lumen per square foot. So, that light is essentially sufficient for a 4"x4" area. You need to get a few more pal.
