check my situation....

i got 1 plant(hopefully a girl)
i got 1 100watt cfl light
i got 1 60watt fluro
i was hopeing to plant my plant into a large butter bowl-about 1 gallon
then i was gonna build a cardboard fort around the plant lining it with aluminum foil..shiny side down of course

i wuz just wondering??
if i got the plant surrounded so well with just those lil bit of lights will it grow properly???

It will grow but if you cheap out on the light your buds will be very loose and not as good as you could of had.

also don't use tinfoil it is a very poor reflector when it crinkles it shines the light back in random directions thats not good for the plant just wrap some mylar or white plastic around your cardboard box for reflection. also are you going to put a top to the box because you need some ventilation and a box without a top would be sufficient for such a small grow. here is a link for different reflective materials.

yea i got just a huge wall around it now with a hole cut out at the bottom for a small fan pointed directly at the plant to stregnthin the stems and the top is free for ventilation.

ive been growing for about a month and its not very tall...maybe only like 5 inches with not many leaves at all....its really really bright green though so i guess thats a good sign

dont expect much bud if it is a female....not with that light setup anyways...why not spend some money on a setup man and really do it right.with this hobby you get what you put into it.
