The only reason I haven't yet made bhut jolokia (ghost chili) Buffalo wings is that I haven't yet found a pickled ghost chili sauce.

Funny to see this poll tonight.

After my sons soccer game today we drove past a Wing Stop and I went in and got some. Honey BBQ and the Hawaiian ones for the kids, Cajun and original spicy for me. Today I preferred the Hawaiian ones. The spice was fine on the others, but that Hawaiian one yummm!

Don't know if I'm brave enough for the Atomic ones, lol.

I consider myself a wing condiseur. I like em hot, not the hottest there is but hot, if I dont have a tight sweaty forehead half way through them im disappionted, I am also a big fan of sweet chilli wings, aka thai chilli wings, a great mix of sweet and heat.

I'll sign them lil papers that they make ya sign, but I am not sure about them ghost's, there hot

I like the combination of spicy, sweet and and tangy as well. The first time I tried Wing Stop's Atomic wings they fried my tongue something awful. It was like lighting a joint with a mouth full of grain alcohol. I had to wash some of the sauce off first. The second time I bought them I was determined to beat them. This time I won. Every mucous membrane and sweat gland in my face was pouring, but I won.

you guys heard of the smoke eaters hellfire challenge? A couple friends did it, and the video I saw was brutal! They were in pain for days. Stomach problems for days! Hahaha, there's plenty of videos on youtube if you search it. No way am I trying it. Hahaha

Is that the one in San Jose that was featured on Man v Food? en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Man_v._Food_(season_1)#Episodes I so want to try that challenge. It may burn a hole straight from my mouth down to where it's comin out of my boots, but it is a must-try for me.

Yes, that's the one. They said its not the heat that kills you. Its just the most disgusting flavor ever. If that makes any sense. I smelled the leftovers they brought home,,,, no thank you. Haha

I like tasty wings with some heat but I also like to step up to the challenge of hella hot wings....:) I made my killer wings about 8 years ago for a backyard BBQ at my ex wifes parents house. Almost sent two people to the hospital. They got into the wings without knowing how hot they were. One was a lil girl who's parents shld hve been watching her and the other was someone with mild asthma who ignored the warning not to eat them.

 Wow. I thought my wings were hot. Did you use ghost chilis (bhut jolokia)?

No I used this special Hot Sauce I bought at a gourmet store. It was a limited edition sauce that was hand numbered and signed and it came in a small wooden coffin...lol

One of the guys I mentioned doing that challenge has a huge garden, and grows all kinds of pepper. Ghost chili's too. He eats super hot stuff, and he only got a few of the wings down before losing it.

This is what I have...still some left after 9 years lol. You use only a drop or two to make a huge thing of chilli.

I had a feeling it was Dave's Insanity Sauce...I tried some on a mostly empty stomach at Redneck Earl's in San Mateo and it stayed down for approximately fifteen minutes before erupting out of my esophagus like lava.
