buds shrinking!!??

in the last few days i have noticed that my gal,which is in the final phase of flower,has gotten smaller.
the main cola has began to shrink/condense, definately smaller than she was a few days ago.
she`s in week 13 flower and the trich`s are still milky, not one amber in sight.
is this normal? should i harvest now?

Is this a strain you have grown before? is it a new grow? maybe its shrinking because it fattens up and then compacts into itself to tight its bud.

Week 13 and buds shrinking? How dense are they? You may have waited too long. I did that one time and the buds went airy and lost potency. Seems to me that 13wks is more than enuf time. I would harvest and hope it wernt too late. Must be some good sativa, eh...

the trichomes are still milky, some even clear-although not many.
not any amber ones in sight. and also the hairs are mainly white-70% white.
don`t know what the strain is as i had a mix up with some seed.
any ideas?

the colas are pretty compact.
well, i harvested immediately, and definately waited too long.i have her curing right now but the potency has dropped for sure.
wait and see what the final product smokes,but i think i`ll put it down to experience, the next grow has begun aswell as two beggining flower
