Anybody have any data on how much better a ACI Ai controller works compared to a Pro69/+? How much more control does it bring to maintaining temp, rh, vpd over the other controllers? Does it tighten up temp, rh, vpd swings? What is the proof it's better? Because all I'm seeing is marketing and propaganda crap.

Never used anything more than a timer so I can't help you. I'm sure someone will chime in.

Nobody seems to have a clue about this in the english speaking world. Not surprising. I went ahead and ordered a couple of the Ai controllers. With a pair of 69 Pro+ and a pair of Ai I will find out how the two compare at a functional level.

I will be interested in how they work out. The ACI controller I have just runs the fan between min and max based on temperature and/or humidity. It doesn't use any scaling, just ramps up or down the full range in about 10 seconds. It's not completely useless, but it could have been so much better.

On the 69 Pro and Pro+ you can adjust how much the fan ramps up. And in settings under port you can adjust transition % which in a roundabout way increases ramp up and ramp down gradeinant and a bit finer control right around setpoint.

I will try it, thanks.
