WOW, thats incredible, great set up and monster plants, i have a 8x8 ft tent 80 inches high and with my drain table ill be able to maybe have 4 ft high plants, i'm on a 18 on 6 off light schedule and was wondering when to change to 12 on and 12 off , everything ive read says to wait until plants have 4 to 5 sets of 7 leaf fan leaves, right now i have one to maybe two sets with 7 leaves. thanks

I didn't realize ya had that much growing real estate going on. A 4x8 is a very nice size tent.

To decide when to flip just stand back and look at what you have. Now imagine that plant 2-2.5x bigger than it already is. If it fits in your head flip them.

A tent full of tall plants is kinda impressive but totally unproductive. You want to control the height with either supercropping or a screen. Manipulate the plant so all light is concentrated on a controlled canopy.

Look around the net. You'll see tons of examples of out of control grows. I can assure you they will not yeild as much as the grower who manages that growth.

thats kinda what i thought, i flipped first grow at 37 days and got 30 in high plants and 11 oz harvest, was hoping for same height but more harvest, these plants are acting different than the first grow, short and squat with wide leaves, thick stems, their only about 7 inches high, whereas first grow had skinny stems and was 14 in high , same timeline, they have this old man going crazy LOL

Your doing fine George. Plants can be different animals with each seed. So we just plant them and hope for the best.

If you've got all that space ya might take a gander at my rerun thread. I run those floaters and it will increase your yeild. I run 8 in a 4x8. Last time I did an average of what I'm pulling outta there was 8oz a plant. 12oz was the most for one plant so far.

@Thomas81 and @Flower are using them right now with success. Others are gaining interest in it too.

Anyways, there are ways to increase your harvest and control your grow while keeping it mobile....floaters.

p.s. tallest plant is almost 12 inches
update, these plants are driving me crazy, got up this morning and all the leaves on all the plants are curling upward, i think its called canoeing, other than that they look normal, not drooping, sagging, or anything else, tips not curling, just the edges, tent temp 74 degrees, 72 % humidity, light ppfd around 300, lights 24 inches above canopy, light intensity 40 %, moisture 15 to 20 %, ec ranges from .10 to .20, 5 weeks into grow, ph of soil is 6.5, did i forget anything? yes, did i mention their driving me crazy ROTFL, appreciate any info,
P,S. am i worried about nothing. thanks george of the jungle,

They may have a little edge rise. All info points to the light intensity and environmental stuff but you seem okay on that.

Maybe raise or lower some humidity and check the temp of the leaf.

These plants look pretty healthy. New growth n all. Just make some minor adjustments and see if it subsides. Doesn't look like an emergency thing but I understand your concerns.

leaf temp is 70 to 71 degrees, i'm going to raise humidity back to high 70's see what happens, thanks dude

add some K
i've been using vivosun 2 part nutrients 1-4-2 and 4-0-1, feeding twice a week , 4 oz's to each plant, ill attach pictures of the ingredients. i dont have any seperate k, but i can buy some if necessary. thanks george P.S. ive been mixing it at 7 ml per gallon even though im still in the seedling stage,

1st for flowering, 2nd for veg
don't mix 'em ... u can give 'em separately every 1 week but it'll be to much P
the 2nd has low level of K
for veg it'd be NPK 4 1 3 +-

Dunno squat about vivosun nutrients so I went reading up on some of it.

John mentions dont mix them and there's a reason for that and further explanation. I guess you use both products but can't mix them together before giving it to the plant....

Some copy n paste...
If Part A and Part B are mixed together before being diluted in water, they may react and form compounds not usable by plants. It's best to discard the mixture and start over, ensuring each part is mixed separately with water first.

It's mentioned a couple times...,.
To mix, first, add the dosage of A to your feed water then add the dosage of B. Can I mix Base A and B together before I mix them into the water? No. Base A and B should never be combined in their concentrated form as nutrient lockout will occur.

Weird they would set up a nutrient line like this.
