hi i need a bit of help i have 9 lowlife plants only a week old under two 150watts hps how close do i keep the light on top of plant so it wont kill or damage my girls

I've always been told, that you want the lights as close as you can get them, w/o increasing temps at the canopy. A good lazer type temp tester is cool for canopy temps, but I was told a good rule of thumb is, if you put your hand over the canopy and it doesn't burn you, it won't burn your plants. Light intensity decreases DRAMATICALLY the farther from the plant it is, so as close as you can w/o causing stress!

:yeahthat: Lower your lights as close as possible, as long as you can hold your hand right above the plant comfortably it's not going to burn your plants.

I wanted to say something even smarter,,but this is all I got :yeahthat: :fid:
