What about if I set a battery operated fan inside the tote to keep the air moving at all times and just don't use the rice?

Cannot dry indoors due to odor concerns...any possible way to dry outside? I was thinking maybe in a plastic tote with fishing line inside to hang bud with holes in the sides with screen covering them for air flow and possibly rice in the bottom to absorb moisture, am I crazy? Any suggestions

Hey everyone I had a quick question, Those little pouches that you add water to then put a seed in to sprout, they usually come with a little "greenhouse" like enclosure to put them in, Will it work to add water, put seeds in the pellets cover with the lid and let them sprout outside naturally...
