Sick Leaves on Outdoor Plant

It seems no matter what I do this plant never gets better. Please advise. I have been just using water (tap & rain). And MG soil. The leaves look diseased. Intrestingly enough the bud's actually look okay. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

I hate to be a pain but...

She isn't growing much these days, would she be better off harvested or is there a remedy that can bring this lovely rita back?

I don't really know what that could be. I would say nute burn but don't hold me to it. You should ask Stoney Bud or The Brothers Grunt...they know alot and are very helpful! Hope you figure everything out!
