I notice these bugs how do I get rid of them they came after I used this

In general - not always - Nobody hits a homerun first time up. You just keep swinging (growing) and your going to!!!

Yes I spray the plant every week with neem oil so it’s good it’s only after I put the new soil I see these bugs now

A spinosad soil drench will take them out usually. Something like Jacks Dead Bug concentrate mixed properly. Lots of different brands with spinosad should work the same.

Pyganic works good against aphids too. Micronized sulfur is another great option.

I keep Dr. Zymes eliminator, Pyganic, and Micronized sulfer on hand at all times.

The tiny amount on tip look like a very small amount of nute burn. I am no expert but that is my opinion.

I did and seen mealybugs I order more ladybugs cause the ones I had died out hopefully they get here in time or do u have another solution

To me that looks like THRIP damage. Solutions the others posted will work. After this grow I'd get new medium. Wash your containers and big bomb that tent and the area it resides. Bugs are a ***** to get rid of once they start.
