Just maybe your roots have outgrown your growing medium I would put it in a bigger pot your extra soil you put should supply your plant with more food this is just my guess I can be very very very wrong happy growing

It was I repotted into a 5 gallon maybe it’s just bouncing back didn’t stress the plant out because I used microrizm how ever you spell it

What is your PH runoff after watering?
in soil you want 6.5 PH.

Look like root aphids, most likely infected soil
Not from the Epsom salts

Once they are established it is very hard to kill them.

I never had to deal with them, but can come in with contaminated soil.
