That is a fairly new line that has only been out for 2 years. It is making miracle-grow a fortune. I would be curious to see how it works becuase it looks like something great for outdoor grows.

I have a bag of that in my garage. I was not impressed with the performance of this soil. It's 50% composted tree bark the rest is peat moss, poultry litter and an organic wetting agent. This soil contains NO PERLITE and it should not be used without perlite IMHO. Mix it with 50% perlite (by volume) and it should do just fine.
I hope this helps.

To be honest, I stay away from anything that has Miracle-Gro in the title. I've heard that Foxfarm's Ocean and Forest is great for MJ, as it contains a high perlite ratio and other organic materials like woodchips, etc.

In my experience, I've always used Pro grade HP (high perlite ratio) soil, which can be found at any nursery if you just ask for a soil with a high perlite content. It might be cheaper than Foxfarm's but will definately be easier to find.
