I bought both my lights from htgsupply....got my tents on ebay as well as my inline fan...look around and compare prices...

I buy all my stuff from HTG supply, but I live close enough to one of their brick and mortar locations I can drive there. (It's a full day trip, but it's fun.) I've heard nothing but good things from people who have ordered from them online. I also found a really cheap, really nice T5 setup on craigslist I bought. I haven't used it since I tested to make sure it works, but hopefully I will one day. Someone else already mentioned ebay, but they have great buyer/seller policies that help insure you will get what you ordered.

Went EBay for an entire 1000w switchable Magnetic ballast, glassed in reflector, and 1000w HPS bulb for $160 shipped.

I hve thought about doing a road trip to their closest location to me...seeing your post makes me want to mapquest their address and take my car for a run... As far as ordering online from them...they are faster then ever shipping wise now...just got my hydroton 10 minutes ago via UPS and I ordered online 2 days ago...

about the best im not too sure i got a 1000 future bright ballast witt a 8" hydrofarm ac hood that was $500+ ..cant afford the bill never been ran.


i play with a 400 watter(lumatek) and soon upping the veg room to a "Sun System HPS 150"

Depends how much you want to spend. EBay is good.

My grow space will be 3feet by 3 feet so I thought a 400 hps would be great. Price i dont care I just want a realy good one. I have heard that hydrofarm is good.

Go with a Lumatek Digital 600w and I think you would be really happy. 600s don't have the penetration strength that a 1000 has but I think the 600 is your way to go.
