I always begin my vegetation at the end of Feb. In my warmed green house. They get each 30 days and a 50 percent begin on the period, they are roughly one ft and 50 percent nearer to two before I move them outside. I will suggest Feb 30 days for begins your flower.

i always start my plants when i'm down to 1 jar of the sticky icky left.

Im in CA too, but up norcal. Last year started from seeds in march, and they went outside end of april. They got well over 8' high. This coming year, gonna start them a little later. That or just grow fewer big girls. If you're going outdoor with clones, I would definitely start later. Sexually mature clones will switch to flower on you if you put them out too early. Then you have to deal with the gnarness of revegging. Just my .02
