Up here in Yankeland, everything is dead except the pines and shrubs.

Hopper, ya gotcha a little piece of Heaven right there in suburbia. I'd love to build the Old Hen some of those raised gardens. She's gettin' a bit too old to be stooping, and it would keep the critters out.

Working on my Grow room/ place to over winter some pepper plants. A few years ago when we removed some lights out of a lease I took the Diffusers out of them and I'm using them in my grow room as you can see.
Finally using my SF 4000 and I also have a 2x4 commercial led light I'm using.

By the way. Those umbrellas are now being used for a different purpose. I unscrewed the top and removed the umbrella material and am now using them to make a green house for the plants in the boxes. Supposed to get down in the 30s at night starting Thursday.

Had six big brown grass puppies last night and three this morning, a buck, a big doe, and a yearling doe. Buck and doe were a trip. They bounced and played and chased each other all around the back field.
I'm glad they know they've got a safe haven at the ranch. Armed security, you could say.
