What Happens to the plants let outside

No, cannabis is an annual plant--it grows, flowers, and dies. IMO, it is best and easiest to plant more seeds or take a clone rather than try and reveg. Reveg takes forever and doesn't always work. You would need a long outdoor season to get a crop and then reveg and then get another crop.
