i got littl feminized from seed in cup and its getting a littl droopy obviously time for transplant. i was wondering if there was a better way to determine wens the right time... i think theres something where u compare the size of container to size of the plant???? ty

Well it's hard to say ... it depends on the size of the cup you have them in and the size of the plant ... if it's getting a little droopy it may not be due to the need to transplant ... could be something else.
Generally I transplant when the plant is root bound or just about.
I transplant twice ... from a 9oz cup to 32 oz to a gal. container ... indoors that is ... outside ... from the 32 oz to ground.

How big is the plant and the container? That will help a ton. How long has it been in that pot? My theory is, if you think it needs transplanting now, it probably did last week and you were in denial or lazy. Not talking about you specifically, just growers in general.

Kinda rule of thumb thing here to remember "a gallon of soil per foot of plant"...take care..
