Venting questions

Im new and i have a stealth grow cabinet that the actual grow area is 4"L x 1" 1/2W x 4'. I have a 400W HPS with a cool tube, 340cfm inline fan sucking the hot air in. Another inline fan rated up to 400cfm blowing fresh air in, the fresh air is about 79-92 degrees(air conditioner is broken at the moment. A small fan on the clones. My temp is 84-87. I have been told this is TOO hott for the plants. But not sure what else i can do, as of no im low on funds after purchasing the other inline fan. Any suggestions?

Besides having a fan on your cooltube. You also need an exhaust fan too and an intake be it passive or with a fan also. attach duct work to cooltube and draw air from outside the room to cool the light and exhaust this air outside your grow room.
