i got a couple outdoor soil 5 week old and growing strong and was having nute probs... there still young so i was wondering if i cut off the nute burnt part of the leaves just the tipd will they grow back?? or if i jus leavem.. will that effect my end results????

You can cut them off. They won't grow back, but it will make you feel better. If you are talking about a few leaves, no problem with yield. I don't like looking at them either, but you know what? By looking at them every day, it reminds you that that particular plant did not like too much food. You will be less likely to repeat the mistake again, if it gets into your brain's storage file, from the constant viewing.

Flirting with over fertilization - the story of our lives. It's nice to find the limits isn't it? I'll keep leaves untill it's a lost cause. If only edges and even some leaflets are browning leaving the majority green - leave it - it's still producing food. I will trim browned and crispy leafs off and sometimes completely dead parts of leaf to discourage mold and disease. Dead and dying tissue attracts bad stuff sometimes. The end result will not be affected unless you've really got some burn - then at least it's a lesson learned.

Do not cut the leaves off. When the plant is through with them, they will fall off.
