I am so stuck in 60's and 70's classic rock it's not funny.
At least I was until recently. I started another band about a year ago and I have 2 guitar players. One is 20 and the other is 40 (I am 60). It has made for an amazing songlist. We get compliments every time we play, on how wide our genre is .
At first, I hated the new modern songs they brought to the table. But I had to be open minded and fair so I gave them a chance. I have really come to like some of them and it has brought me out of my "classic rock closet" and I have been enjoying (and playing) a lot of music that I would have never considered in my main band (classic rock all the way).
Still can't quite stomach rap but..... I am trying. LOL
