This entire forum is filled with info on all those things, start by reading the stickies found at the top of each forum. I would reccomend reading the MP grow guide and pretty much everything else here.

Start there and with melissa's link and when you are done reading that go and read all the stickies at the tops of all the other forums, and when you are done reading that I can give you more info to read if you want.

simple as that, just bend the plant to where you want it, being careful not to break it, and tie it down with yarn.

:farm: I use yarn and tie it down to the pvc table or over to the walls the plant will bend upward within a day or so.:hubba:
