Topeka Legalizes Domestic Violence

Watching the news, I noticed something about Topeka looking into not prosecuting domestic violence cases because it's too costly. Today, I hear they did legalize it (or won't prosecute...same thing). Now, I don't know about you all, but I'd bet there's other things that could be legalized than allowing people to beat each other up? :holysheep:

I heard that wrong, it WAS legalized recently and is now going to be prosecuted once again. Still, imagine them allowing this when other much less severe crimes could be legalized.
