I don't really want to carry on this conversation as i fear i would cause offence. I was just shocked at how easily the situation arose. Turning the other cheek is obviously a thing of the past.

As for the reference to Football hooligans, yea thats a fair comment. We do have a lot of stupid people who have nothing better to do than kick the **** outta each other once a week, but generally they only fight with other football hooligans so its a kind of mutual thing, doesnt make it right, but its better the beat up other hooligans rather than innocent people. And football has been around for Centuries longer than the USA even gained independance or was even discovered, so easy on the Football eh. theres nothing wrong with football, its just the people who play and watch it that are the problem

I cant stand english football, i mean the games boaring, the fans are complete idiots, its SO overhyped (not that american football isnt), i mean these guys kick a ball around for a living and get paid more per week than people in jobs that really matter and affect us every day, its ridiculous...
