To chop or to wait a week ? That is the question

Hello my green friends - can I request your knowledge in helping me decide if I should chop these ladies or give it one more week - they are at day 57 of flower -
OG Kush - Blueberry Kush and one auto Critical Purple (day 63)
Thanks in advance for sharing your experience with a first time grower.

I see lots of cloudy trichs but not a lot of Amber so you could give it another week if you’d like or you could cut it now. The buds will pack on some more weight and the high will be a bit more mellow with the added Amber trichomes.

Is this a Sativa, Indica or Hybrid?

Blueberry Kush is 90% Indica
Critical Purple (Auto) is also 90% Indica

Another question- if I let them go another week should I water sparingly? They are ready to drink now as it’s been a few days- I have read that it’s a good idea to stress them a little by cutting back on H2O- I flushed them two weeks ago -
And since then only H2O and molasses-
I guess the question is - what should I be doing with my last week with these ladies ?

Id just keep giving them pH’d water. Maybe another shot of molasses and you should be good to go.

Plants look great BTW. You should have some quality smoke here soon!

I would at least get 10% amber before you chop them. But to each his own. And yes i would water them.

5 - 7 days out probably.
Keep a scope on em.
Look for that milky amber goodness

My bro here knows what he's talking about.... it's all about what kind of high do you want from your smoke..

Right now you will get a very racy high that goes away very fast, meaning it has no legs.. and atm I see a LOT of
clear trichs.. full on cloudy is your first chopping choice of maturity.. Makes for a better daytime puff but may still lack the serious punch your looking for or used to..

Don't let all your hard work go to waste by chopping even a few days early.. be patient, the buds will tighten up more, put on more weight and finally get the legs you want with a lasting high.. and since she is Sativa dom, I'd go to 50% amber heads too...
