the best glass jars

found FIDO glass jars last year. they have thicker glass than the ball jars i was using . all have heavy clip style closures. NO SCREW CAPS. They come in 10 sizes, from 2 gal. down to 1 quart. got good prices from wegmans grocery store. found several of the 1 gal. size for under $4. ea.,on winter clearance. LOVE these jars!! made by "Bormioli Roccoi S.p.A.
