i have some plants that have stems that seem to be pinched, is there anything i can do to keep them growing?

they should be fine, pinching stems is actually a form of LST. As long as there is no break in the stem you should be fine. I can pinch a stem to the point that I hear the pulp squish. When I release the stem it will lay over flat, 90 degrees. Two days later it will be upright again and ther ewill be a little knuckle where the pinch was. You should be fine. Pinching causes other stems and shoots on the plant to grow while the one you pinched is recovering.

just dont pinch durrin flowering. it does cause stress and least amount of stress possible durrin flower is wat ya shootin for.
