sprouting plants

Well it's been about a week and a half and all the seeds i have germinated are planted and lots are sprouting up.the only bad thing is it's been about 3 days of straight rain and they are starting to look pretty bad without sunlight.Think i should get a grow light,but they are only going to be at my house for anohter week or so till i put them in the actual spot to grow

No need for a "grow light". If there seedling then through a couple CFLs on em and wait tell the sun starts to shine.

Why have you got them all in 1 container?????

In a weeks time you will never be able to separate them, prick them out into single containers, just simple plastic cups with a few holes in the bottom will do for a week.

Plant them deeper when you re pot so only 5mm of stem shows to the first set of leaves.

there's 3 containers worth,that was just to start and they're being moved as soon as possible.it was just a rush thing to hide from my dad.

Growing in your parents house is foolish. Most states have forfeiture laws and if you're caught growing, your parents can lose almost everything that they own. Are you willing to let your parents take the responsibility of something that you yourself have done? Think about it. Just my thoughts. Take care and be safe.

first im 18,second i've got the okay from my mom and they're staying here for like a week or so till i put them in their grow site

but either way, seperate each sprout into its own cup....the roots will ALL be a tangled mess soon....if not already.
