MOLASSES-GINGERBREAD COOKIES
Makes about 6 dozen leafs. These cookies are dark in colour and have a pronounced molasses flavor.
5 1/2 cups flour, plus more for dusting
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 teaspoons ground ginger
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons cinnamon
1 1/2 teaspoons of cloves
1 teaspoon fresh nutmeg
Indica Cannabis butter
honey oil
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
2 Large Eggs
1 1/2 cups molasses
1.Whisk together all dry goods in medium bowl
2.Beat butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs,one at a time. Beat in molasses. Mixer on low , gradually add dry goods and beat until just combined. Divide dough into 3 portions, wrap in plastic, put in fridge for 1 hour.
3.Pre heat oven to 350. On a generously floured table top cut into shapes and transfer to parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for 15 mins. Bake for 12-14 mins.
